The email account was deleted a week ago. We contacted the vendor 4 days later but there really hasn’t been any movement. Just wondering if this is a typical scenario.
Also, the account was fairly new (only used for 4-5 weeks) and did not contain more than 400 emails and about15-20 attachements (in word and pdf format).
