We want our support staff to all read and respond to emails from support@mycompany.com. So if tech 1 responds to an email, tech 2 and tech 3 would all see the response in their inbox, therefor eliminating the chance of a double response to the same email.

If this is possible with exchange, can someone give me details as to how I can do this?

My school’s exchange server mail can be accessed by the URL:

http://exchange.nist.ac.th/exchange/

However, is there a way I can access it natively on a mail app like outlook or apple mail. If so, how?

What is the process and the best way?
What is the process and the best way?
And please Im looking for more than a two point answer. I need more detail than these two points
1- in your router or firewall, redirect port 443 to the exchange machine
2- have the staff use Outlook Web Access by typing https:// followed by your public IP address in Internet Explorer.

Someone said that you had to buy a domain, or your blogs weren’t seen by everybody, is that true? Do you know what a domain is? IF not do not answer please.

I’m trying to register for a forum and it is preventing me from doing so, citing that I am on such a list. But I have done no spamming / mass emailing of any kind, so I don’t know why I would be on the list. How do I remove myself so I can participate in said forum?

The message that i’m getting during the installation of the email server software (hMailServer) is : The hMailServer setup has detected that one or several of the TCP/IP ports 25,110 and 143 are already in use. This indicates that there already is an email server running on this computer. If you plan to use any of these ports with hMailServer, the already existing server must be stopped.

My question is, how can i stop this service or server so i can install and use the hMailServer?

I’m running Windows 2000 Server.
Thanks

I have a domain and I want a name@my-domain email address. I require at least 1gig of space, IMAP support, webmail, and reliability.

I know both yahoo and google can host my email, but do either of them support IMAP? If not, are there any sites (other than fastmail) that match my needs?
