Where does one look for a specific outgoing email on exchange server 2k3? Is it a matter of sorting through logs, or is there a simpler way, as in Management Console?

By using the Exchange System Manager, you can open the “Message Tracking Center” located under the “tools” section. From there, you can enter a timeframe to search, and also narrow it down using other criteria.
