My workplace has recently enacted a policy whereby email older than 60 days will be expunged from the corporate Exchange server. I am using Evolution 2.12.1 to access the Exchange server using IMAP.

I am afraid that my crystal ball is broken and I am unable to predict accurately which of my current emails will be needed after 60 days. How can I maintain a local copy of all emails?

I use Gmail for this kind of thing. because you get so much space and its google so you can search everything in seconds. however it may not be a good idea to store your work on another server like google’s if it is for work.
