How do I make and email flyer for advertising?

I have a small business and trying to do everything myself without spending anymore money. I have a small budget. I need to be able to email my information to business contacts, and make it eye catching. I don’t need any animations, jus to be able to show my price list and a product picture.

Is there a place to get Free help or some free software download. Is this something that is made with HTML or something else? How can I do this myself? Where do I start?

Thank you in advance to anyone who answer my questions. I really appreciate it.

The only advice I can provide is to ensure that anyone you email an advertisment to has requested or signed up to receive it — otherwise you will be opening your business up to large lawsuits.

You can do this in Microsoft Publisher and/or Microsoft works. Let me know if I can be of help.

I use Microsoft Publisher 2007, and i can do this thing.
