How do I find my work email exchange server information?

I am trying to set up my work email address on my iphone and it asks for name of exchange server. I know we are using webmail and 1and1 internet, but don’t know what the server name ought to be or how to find it.

Also, I am not using outlook or windows mail, just my webmail interface.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Webmail doesn’t use Exchange, POP3/SMTP or IMAP, it uses a web browser, so you can’t use your email program.
