I’m a teenager and I heard that you can actually get paid for things like this. I’m experienced with computers and have good literature skills and I’m sure I can write successful blogs/articles.

On a different (sort of) topic, would I be able to join affiliate programs?

Webmasters need to regularly add need content to maintain their search engine ranking, many outsource this article production. Some hire writers through general freelance contractor sites like elance. There are also writer specific sites handling articles and blog posts such as Contentcurrent.com, which I must caution has received mixed comments. Powar.com discusses a variety of writer possibilities.

There are businesses that require you be 18 years old, a credit card is generally needed to rent server space and buy advertising often used in affiliate work, cooperative parents might help. Many start at clickbank.com, you might check out their terms.

Having a blog with 100s or 1000s of visitors a day, would be a big step toward successful affiliate marketing. Creating sites now and taking a year or 2 to develop them might be a good incestment tat pays off down the road.
