I have seen this in a form a while ago, but the person who made that one is no longer with the company. Trying to make a database in Access and using a form to input data, would like the option to email the form to others, and the save and close and save and new just to make it easier. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Paul, Access has some wizards that can help you. First, Go to Create menu. Choose form design or Form Wizard.
After Access show you the form in design mode, make sure wand button is pressed. Choose button to add a button to the form. When you do that and wand button is pressed, Access will show you options to choose between navigation (first, last, next record), records (new record, save), form operation (new, close), reports (send, send to file, export), etc.
Hope that help you.
