That must be a very sticky email you’re gonna post.

I have no citations, but common sense tells me that you can post anything you want as long as you’re not being libelous or violating contracts you have with people involved, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements.

The social consequences, however, might be way worse than any threat of legal action if the email’s a real bombshell.

Here’s an idea… you could post it on MY blog anonymously! Seriously, you can do that. My blog is open to the world.
