first log in to the comcast smartzone. you automatically begin in the “home” zone. click the “email” tab to go to that zone. then click on the “preferences” tab to take you to that zone. the first section below the tab has four links. click on then navigate to the “auto forward” link (the last of four). if you can’t do it from there, then g-d help you.
