I need a software that can email me secretely if a particular program runs?

I am systems administrator and i would like to get a software that we will email me instantly if a paticular program runs because i am being faced by a problem where by some people put keyloggers on my network and get other peoples password for their repective emails. So i want that software where by whenever that particular keylogger runs it notifies me via email. Thanks

I can’t really say that I have ever herd of such a program, but the best you could do is go to google of whatever and dig around. Usually you can find something this way if what you want even exists.
