Counting on how many people report you for a violation it could only take one notice to suspend your account for good, but i highly doubt that will happen.

There is no exact number of violations, since accounts are reviewed individually. One major TOS violation will get you suspended immediately with no warning. Many minor violations over a year will not get you suspended, but those same violations in a couple of days will. YA has always said that EACH violation is a warning your account is under review and the next violation may be the one that puts you over the top.

Suspensions are forever, unless you can convince them they made a mistake in applying the rules and that you didn’t violate the rules.

One for Terms of Service or a criminal activity.
Unknown for minor ones such as chat. Not bad has no meaning
Am I pretty is not bad but it is still a violation for chat
Rule is a question must seek knowledge or advice beneficial to all.
So asking What dress is pretty is a violation because it benefits no one but you.
