There is no easy way unless you put them in your contact list. You then press Ctrl and select each one, right click and select “send email”. You can also create a list in contacts of just those addresses and just enter the list name.

The other way is to put all the names and email addresses in a spreadsheet and save as a CSV file. That file can then be imported into the contact list. You will probably have to do an export of the existing contacts first to get the file format. I have never done this so don’t ask anything further.
