Filed Under (Drawing & Illustration) by admin

Hi I have been a graphic artist for several years and have been creating email blast or designed emails for my job now for a year. I am doing some work on the side and are unsure on how much to charge someone to do an email design for. There will be no flash and images will be included.

thanks
heather

set an hourly rate. Basically thats what you think your worth based on your design quality and experience. Then figure out how many hours it’ll take to create the email. Give them an estimate like 3-6 hrs @ $50/hr or whatever and then give em a total….

Theres no real set price here, as with anything in independent design work.

*Make sure to use a contract….checkout for a good contract and proposal you can customize and use to fit your needs.

*http://www.graphicdesignforum.com is an awesome design resource for anything design related. Maybe I’ll see ya on there!
