I have activated my account, and on occasion I am able to send email, but most of the time the emails are not successfully sent. They do not bounce back or anything. I am able to receive email, most of the time, but that too is not reliable at all.

I am able to receive email, most of the time, but that too is not reliable at all. I do not have a PoP account and I am using internet explorer. I did create another email address through yahoo that goes to my account, so I have two email addresses for the same account, both are through yahoo.
