Very easy. If you do not know what the e-mail address for your phone is, just send a pic (or text) from your phone to your regular e-mail. When you get that e-mail, the sender is your phone e-mail address. Send what you want to that address and presto, it’s on your phone.

i dont know if you can send full emails and all of that but i no for sure u can send pictures and small video files to your phone….send a text message from ur phone saying hey or something simple..then check ur email and then hit reply and u can send the little stuff to ur phone
