You can do the following,

Step1-Go to the Blackberry’s Home screen. Choose the “Profiles” icon. Click the trackwheel.
Step2-Select a desired profile from: Loud, Vibrate, Quiet, Normal, Phone Only and Off. Click the trackwheel.
Step3-Select the “Edit” option.
Step4-Scroll to your desired event. Click the trackwheel.
Step5-Select the “Edit” option and scroll to “Tune.” Click the trackwheel.
Step6-Open the Main menu by clicking the trackwheel again.
Step7-Find and select the “Save” option.
Step8-Push the “Escape” button on the side of the Blackberry to return to the “Profiles” screen.
Step9-Check to see that the profile you just changed is highlighted. Click the trackwheel.
Step10-Select “Enable.”
You can do this for all email, text, sms, mms, and phone messages.
