Filed Under (External Mail (POP)) by admin

I am in the USA at the moment and cannot send email via Outlook Express. I am advised that the server information in my “Accounts” folder may be incorrect. I was in the same office at the same location on two occasions last year and had no problems sending email. I am able to receive email and have complete internet access. Can anyone help me?

I would suggest that you check your pop3 settings to see if they changed

Tools
Accounts
Click the mail tab
Click properties
Click server tab. Here is where you can check SMTP settings. They should be the same as the POP settings
