Filed Under (External Mail (POP)) by admin

I need to mass email all members of my group without the members being able to see all the other email addresses for privacy.

I have the right to email them I just dont want the other 100 to see each others email address. Can I do this with Outlook?

Thanks,
Brian P

yes, double click on the word “to” and it should open up a box where there will be a line that says “bcc” This means blind carbon copy, so you can send it to lots of people, but they will only see “to their email” and not everyone elses.
Depending on your settings, you might already have the bcc line where you enter email addresses.

easy just don’t use ‘the To:’ or ‘Cc:’ box what ure looking for is ‘the Bcc’ box (blind carbon copy) which shows up to the other recipients as “undisclosed recipients” in the ‘To:’ box
trust me ure friends will appreciate it as I’ve had similar request
