open your email account,attach the photo(for ex,in gmail,you have “attach a file” button,when you compose an email.Just click on that.You get a “browse” button.select the picture from wherever it is on your computer,your windows gallery for instance).And send it to whoever you want to send that to.
I have a backup for all the data on my computer on an external hard disk,including the pictures.If its just the pictures you are worried about,you can upload your albums at kodak gallery(www.kodakgallery.com) or picasa(https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?hl=en_US&continue=http%3A%2F%2Fpicasaweb.google.com%2Flh%2Flogin%3Fcontinue%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fpicasaweb.google.com%252F&service=lh2&passive=true)
You dont need to pay anything.Just create an account(dont forget your password:P).If you already have a gmail account,you need not register for picasa).
