I have a lot of clients’ email address. And I want to be able to send them updates with few clicks. I want to know how to save my mail in MS outlook and be able to send them to all the clients at the same time while keeping each clients’ email address secret.

I also want to know the possibilities of personalising these emails. That is to say, when I send the email, it would be like:
“Dear Mr. Smith,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I just finished my interview and I want to follow up with a thank you letter. But I only have the general store’s email. Is it okay to send my letter there? Or should I send a snail mail? Any suggestions would help! Thanks!

Myself and others have tried to send email from yahoo accounts with pictures attached to my bell south address where I am using outlook express.

The text mail goes through fine but there are no attachements. I’ve tried the same from other services and it seemed to work.

Any ideas?

Give me a solution for validating an email id against dns or smtp that is to check whether the given email id is existing or not in an ASP.Net web application . Can you give me a an c# code snippet or any webservice for this validation?
How I can convert the code to .net.

Assuming that security isnt the LARGEST concern (but of course it is important) – when is it appropriate to host email internally?

Is it based on the number of employees? If so, how many?
Is it based on bandwidth? If so, how much?
Etc…?

What is the requriements for send email through database, I m using CDONTS object for that. Give to me better solution for that (if any).

Or does it go straight to the person email? without having to press send cause I dont see a send botton.
