Why do not all the names I type into send an email do not auto finish the name for me?

Some names I send email to will finish themselves after I type the first letter. Some names will not even be picked up. How can I adjust so that I only have to type the first few letters and not the whole email address ?

In my experience with AT&T Yahoo, only the contacts I’ve stored in my “Yahoo Address Book” will auto complete.

I’ve had the same question up for 3 days now…..And no one has answered me? Did this just start happening to you lately as it has to me? It takes longer to open the address book, which is what Yahoo says to do, I like just typing a letter or two, and then all the similar names appear? Let me know how you make out!
