i don’t want to get rid of there eamil address or keep them off my computer just want to keep them from emailing one email address. it’s a personal reason why and it doesn’t matte rwhy just asnwer

Depending on your setup, yes or no. If you’re using a web based system like Yahoo!, you cannot do it unless you want to block that entire range. If you’re using a local mail server, you can add the IP Adress/domain name to your local hosts file and point it back to yourself. It’ll fail trying to connect.
